Sparked by fierce competition in Subang’s property market, BRDB appointed us as the lead branding agency for Federal Avenue – with the desire to set up the integrated development as a notable landmark of Subang.

We took inspiration from the development’s location being situated beside the Federal Highway, and made it a symbol of progress. For the brand itself, we gave it more than just a voice, but a purpose – to be “in sync” with its community. As the current generations embrace hybrid routines, intentional living, and a liberated working style, we created a landmark that evolves with their aspirations. This collective we dub “the chic community”.

LINED UP FOR SUCCESS
In creating the visual identity for Federal Avenue, we employed the use of lines, evolving them to represent the identity of the development and Federal Highway – from the sophisticated design that lies in its clean simplicity, to the dynamic lifestyle of its target community.
The logo itself reinforces this motif – with an invisible traversing line across the ‘D’ in ‘Federal’, to represent the Federal Highway. The letter ‘A’ is accentuated with a striking red line for added depth and brand recognition, creating a subtle yet powerful nod to BRDB’s distinctive brand identity.
