A LIVING, BREATHING HOME

THE INTENTION

Avaland – formerly known as MCT Bhd – announced the launch of Aetas Damansara in Tropicana Golf & Country Resort in January 2021. This comes as a part of the company’s growth in prime areas within the Klang Valley.

For the developer’s first premium project, we were appointed as the branding lead. The brief given was to create a compelling narrative for Aetas Damansara, without having it directly related to the adjacent golf course, so as to stand out from the market.

THE IDEA

GROWING THE BRAND

Inspired by the ‘human touch’ of the project and its thoughtful attention to detail, we used the metaphor of seed germination to portray the project. The act of crafting a development and nurturing a plant draws various similarities – from the land (location) and roots (architectural design), to the environment (landscape and facilities) and care (developer and consultants). This led to us using this narrative to craft the Aetas Damansara brand story, and how it grew to become the landmark it is today.
