THE INTENTION

Myra Tenuman marks a new chapter for the developer, Myra – a venture into a more mature segment of the market that’s defined by affluence, serenity, and meaningful living. Set within the understated enclave of Alam Impian, this 70-acre master plan presented an opportunity to shift from the familiar rhythm of urban living towards a lifestyle shaped by connection, calm, and care.

The goal was clear: to craft a distinctive identity for a community that resonates with family-oriented individuals seeking quality of life, privacy, and the simple joys of better living. However, rather than just introducing a new township, we sought to shape a place of belonging – where Myra’s people-first DNA meets the aspirations of a discerning audience ready for the next chapter of living.

THE IDEA

THIS IS HOME, TRULY

To express that deep sense of community, we tapped into the feeling of nostalgiato create the Myra Tenuman identity, centred around the idea of what home truly meant. We expanded on the warmth and connectedness of good days past – where neighbours were seen as family, children would play outside rather than attached to a screen, and little joys such as family dinners wer e celebrated.

This concept was then visually reinforced and represented by the ‘weave’, a traditional craft that’s been part of Malaysia’s art. The weave represents not only the components – but also the cor e pillars of the development – coming together to form a harmonious community.
