THE INTENTION

Conlay by E&O stands proudly in the heart of Kuala Lumpur’s City Centre as a high-end condominium, a masterpiece born of the collaboration between the renowned developer and the late Australian architect Kerry Hill. Celebrated for its timeless design and prestigious address, Conlay is poised to become the next iconic landmark on KL’s skyline. Among its competitors, no other development rivals its architectural pedigree, prime location, or design ethos.

While its first phase, Conlay Private Residence, already had its own identity, we were faced with the challenge of branding Phase 2, which featured a more competitive price point despite having limited differentiation from Phase 1. With completion just around the corner, we were tasked to strategically brand Phase 2 and bring its reputation to the world stage.

THE IDEA

OF DISTINCTION, PRESTIGE, AND LASTING VALUE

Building on the partnership between E&O and Kerry Hill, we branded the second phase as Conlay Signature Suites, a mark of distinction and design mastery in the prestigious address of Kuala Lumpur City Centre that immediately elevates its market value. To attract discerning investors and globetrotting professionals, we crafted a compelling narrative and brand direction that underscores international appeal, emphasising luxury, the development’s services, cosmopolitan living, and unparalleled convenience.

Conlay Signature Suites also received a unique marketing treatment with our ‘Experience Conlay’ campaign, which leveraged on the completion of the residences. We conducted photoshoots and produced real impressions that reflected the actual signature suites lifestyle, where prospective buyers are invited to have an immersive, firsthand ‘touch and feel’ experience.
